The Special Advantages of Having A Hybrid
Having a Hybrid car is definitely an advantage for people - they pay less for fuel, the car is quite durable and easy to use especially in urban conditions, the vehicle will not polute the environment significantly and, of course, the modern hybrids are quite cofmortable to drive.
But recently, as an idea to promote the use of hybrid cars,the EU countries are developing special conditions under which hybrid cars are to be used.
As known, much of the money collected by road taxes and car insurances are used for purposes such as reduction of CO2 emissions or polutions. This is because car traffic ad transportation is atually one of the most significant polluters of the atmosphere so, even indirectly, it is normal for drivers to pay a but for that.

As a proposition, drivers using hybrids would pay less for road tax (some jurisdictions even propose that hybrid car owners should pay half of what they would normally owe if having a normal vehicle) - it is a normal step to be taken by those jurisdictions since hybrid car owners polute less the atmosphere, buy less fuel and are more efficient when it comes maintaining the decrease in carbon emissions.
The EU law making bodies are considering such an option and they willdefinitely issue a law that would be quite useful for hybrid owners - thus thhese countries will promote the use of hybrids and will encourage people to start thinking green. Thus money could be spend on more important thing once it is ensured that carbon emissions decrease is growing. So people should start thinking about getting a hybrid - it is so comfortable and at the same tie much cheaper.
