Future Car challenge – UK Introduction

Luckily for UK citizens, “Electric cars have become more affordable. The government has announced to give 5000 pounds from January 2011 to people who purchase an electric car. In words of Mr Saul –“So, it is time for London to become a green city.” No special storage unit is needed to store these vehicle.

It is hoped that this will be an opening for the bringing to the UK the popular ECO Car challenge, where teams from universities in Great Britain can compete. Who knows they may end up doing a Global ECO Car challenge with all the winners of the participating countries.
